I don't think there is any limitations apple have for making those type of app. There is lots of app out there. Check out this http://itunes.apple.com/sa/app/jeddahfood-lite/id364993949?mt=8 .
You can upload to your app store if you want. But it's hard process I guess if you want to change the store later to another store.
