[iphonesb] Apps for local business

Hello, I have been in touch with a few local businesses in my area (restaurant, garage) and they would be interested in getting a fairly simple iPhone/iPad app.

Now, the question is:

- Would Apple allow this kind of apps on the appstore? (apps created for SME or local businesses)

- Are there any limitations to this?

- Do these businesses need their own Developer account or should I release the apps under my company name? (if it makes any difference at all)
