Don't use Google Analytics. They still haven't release a version of the API for 64 bit binaries, which means that if you use Google Analytics you can't take take advantage of any of the 5s specific features and you lose out on plenty of performance improvements with 64 bits. Same goes for the new iPad hardware. Here is the bug report for this problem: https://code.google.com/p/analytics-issues/issues/detail?id=356

You might be the only person in the games industry who thinks that. We've been the very front wave of mobile analytics since iPhone launched, generally driving analytics usage ten times faster / harder than everyone else's apps.

It's catnip to game designers and an enormous money-multiplier to publishers/finance departments. Its so heavily used that there have been multiple waves of backlashes within the industry of people crying out "please dont make me look at more analytics, cant we go back to making games by instinct, please?". Generally they dont last long because its a pretty foolish idea to throw out baby with bathwater - the real complaint is running your business pike King.com and other gambling companies, prioritzing money iver everything.

So, yeah - analytics is pretty big in game development...

The problem is I make games for living, user's behaviour is quite dynamic and based on many randomised events, while choices on UI (say buttons) are fairly limited and the performance can be keep tracked by IAP etc. Just not sure how such thing can be adopted to games.
