[iphonesb] Will apps dedicate to an institute get approved from Apple?

Hi,

I'm Chinh - mobile developer from Vietnam.

We've finished our first educational app that is going to be released at the end of this month. This app won't require any username/password to use.

However, I've got a request from an educational institute to modify the app for their own students in such a way that it will require username/password to use.

And I wonder if this kind of modification (dedicate to a small group of users) will get through the approval process (of course we will provide test account for approvers)?

Any help is appreciated.
