My Adhoc builds just have a different name, like AppAdHoc (and usually a
diffrenet splashscreen so it's obviously a beta).
It's up to testers if they throw the original away or not. Only with apps
that have URL schemes I ask beta testers to throw away the "store bought"
version and restart after installing the AdHoc version. But even then there
is no problem with the same bundle ID.
